Hi Members. This is just a gentle reiteration of the following rules:
1. Our roads are narrow. Street parking is prohibited.
2. Trash receptacles shouldn't be visible from the street, except during pickup periods.
3. Please don't speed. Many neighbors walk our roads--and children don't always pay attention.
4. Pet waste should be cleaned off of common areas. Neighbors lawns are not common areas.
5. Be sure to obtain approval before making any exterior changes to your Association home.
6. Each unit has one black post of uniform height and location with a light. These lights were designed to be an alternative to street lights. Light bulbs should be working and provide sufficient illumination for that purpose.
